Well, it should be. Today we spent a beautiful afternoon with Mimi smelling lilacs at the Arboretum and grilling on the porch. Lucia had a tough time napping through all the excitement and was little on edge all day - probably because she forgot to send us flowers... oh well, maybe next year.We concluded our first Mother's Day by reading selected works of Ovid to Lucia (in Latin of course). Evidently our sophisticated daughter loves the classics.
